Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 2026
Welcome to Uza by KMG Vital Links, the Tayari WhatsApp service and the VitalBot reseller platform (together, the "Services"). These Terms govern your use of the Services operated by KMG Vital Links Ltd ("KMG", "we", "us", "our").
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate registration, identity, business and payment information, and keep it up to date.
2. Regulated Payment Services
Where a regulated payment service is provided through the Services, KMG acts as the customer-facing platform and introducer to Gemba Finance Limited. Gemba Finance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, Firm Reference Number 804853.
Other payment, wallet, card, mobile money, bill-payment, airtime, data, delivery or fulfilment features may be provided through additional regulated or commercial partners. The partner, rail, fees and availability may vary by country, currency, product and payment method.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, OTP codes, devices and account access. Any activity carried out from your account may be treated as your own unless we determine that unauthorised access occurred.
Notify us immediately at security@kmgvitallinks.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access, fraud, account takeover or misuse.
4. KYC, AML and Screening
We may require customer due diligence, know-your-customer, know-your-business, sanctions, PEP, fraud, source-of-funds or source-of-wealth checks before onboarding, before a transaction, or during ongoing monitoring.
You agree to provide accurate information and supporting evidence when requested. We may delay, reject, hold, reverse, suspend or terminate a transaction or account where required for legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, risk, provider or security reasons.
5. Wallets, Funds and Transactions
Wallet balances and payment flows are non-interest-bearing. Top-ups, withdrawals, sales, commissions, refunds, remittances and provider fulfilment are subject to verification, risk controls, provider limits, settlement timelines and applicable law.
Completed digital transactions may be irreversible once confirmed by the upstream provider. Where a transaction fails before fulfilment, we will apply the applicable refund, reversal or support process.
6. Fees and Charges
Where fees, FX margins or charges apply, they are disclosed before confirmation where reasonably possible. Fees may differ by market, product, provider, payment method, currency and risk profile.
7. Reseller and Merchant Accounts
Reseller, merchant, agent and developer accounts may be subject to additional KYB, business verification, monitoring and contractual controls. You must not use a reseller or merchant account for payments that originate from third parties without their consent or in a way that conceals the true payer, beneficiary, product or purpose.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services for:
- money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, scams or tax evasion;
- illegal goods or services in any relevant jurisdiction;
- activity that circumvents KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud-monitoring, provider, card-network or rate-limit controls;
- unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with infrastructure, or misuse of APIs;
- activity that causes customer harm or misrepresents KMG, Gemba, a provider or a regulator.
9. Complaints
You can raise a complaint through support@kmgvitallinks.co.uk, complaints@kmgvitallinks.co.uk, WhatsApp on +44 7387 111817, in-app support, or by post to our registered office.
We aim to resolve complaints promptly. Where a complaint relates to a regulated payment service provided through Gemba and cannot be resolved quickly, we will coordinate with Gemba. Eligible complainants may have Financial Ombudsman Service referral rights through the regulated provider after a final response or after the applicable complaint-handling period.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal data. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process personal data for service delivery, account security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and support.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, security risk, sanctions risk, regulatory risk, provider breach, non-payment, misuse, or a breach of these Terms. You may request account closure by contacting support@kmgvitallinks.co.uk, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, provider outages, network failures, market disruptions or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services, by email, WhatsApp or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
