Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using KMG Vital Links (“Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by KMG Vital Links Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering binding contracts, and authorised to act on behalf of any business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Merchant Accounts

• Merchants must complete KYB verification before accepting live customer payments.
• Merchants warrant that all products and services listed are lawful in the jurisdiction of sale.
• KMG may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that breach our acceptable-use policy, sanctions screening, or AML requirements.

4. Fees & Settlement

Platform fees are quoted to customers at checkout and to merchants in their dashboard. Settlement timelines depend on the chosen rail (mobile money, card, internal wallet) and may be subject to local regulator holds.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Merchants are solely responsible for fulfilling orders and handling refunds with their customers. KMG may debit the merchant’s settlement balance for chargebacks, fraud reversals, and disputed transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All Service software, branding and documentation remain the property of KMG Vital Links Ltd. You retain ownership of your content (logos, product images, descriptions) and grant us a licence to display it as part of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KMG’s aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be heard in the courts of London.
